Office Polices

• We bill vision and medical insurance companies for services provided to you. Eligibility and benefit amounts will be verified before services are provided. You are responsible for all charges not covered by your insurance.​
   

• Eyeglass frames are covered against manufacturer defect for one year.​  
   

• Eyeglass lenses with an anti-reflective coating are covered against manufacturer defect for one year.​
   

• New prescriptions can be changed within 60 days from the date of exam.​  Eyeglass prescriptions are valid for 2 years.
   

• Contact lens prescriptions can be changed within six months of your eye exam. After six months a new exam is required for a different contact lens brand or power.  Contact lens prescriptions are valid for 2 years.
